Registration

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: Participants entering ALL LEVELS by April 1, 2025 get a $500 discount! Start your registration today!

On site registration starts at 5 PM on Tuesday, May 13 at the Hatteras Village Civic Center. All boats fishing the tournament must be registered by 8 PM on May 13, 2025.

Fishing Days

Any three out of the four days from Wednesday, May 14 through Saturday, May 17, 2025. The non-fishing day must be reported to one of the official lay day form prior to 8 AM of the day declared a non-fishing day.

Release Forms

All marlin released must be reported on a release form the same day as the fish is released. Release forms must be turned in at the Official Weigh Station at Hatteras Harbor Marina by 7:00 PM each day.

Awards

Cash prizes & plaques/trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in Level I and Level II which are billfish levels. Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st & 2nd place in Level III for the largest tuna, dolphin & wahoo, as well as a plaque/trophy for 1st place. Level IV is winner take all and a plaque/trophy for the largest blue marlin landed as specified in the rules. Cash prizes will be awarded for the largest tuna, dolphin & wahoo weighed in daily in Level V. Cash prizes will be awarded for the greatest number of daily billfish release points in Level VI. Cash prizes & plaques/trophies will be awarded for 1st and 2nd in Level VII. The Hatteras Village Civic Association will retain 15% of the entry fees.

Lay Day Reporting Stations

The non-fishing day must be reported to one of the official lay day form prior to 8 AM of the day declared a non-fishing day. Or contact one of the marinas below. Lay day forms will NOT be accepted at the Civic Center.
