Lay Day Form

Lay Day declaration is due before 8:00 AM on the declared day. Complete your online Lay Day declaration now.

NC Billfish Series Form

Complete the NC Billfish Series Release Form. This form shall be turned into the official Weighmaster by 7:00 PM. These forms can also be emailed to hvoo.nc@gmail.com, texted to (301) 785-8804 or faxed to (252) 986-2852. Release forms must be turned in the day the fish is released to qualify. See Rules for more information.
